When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP before the 1st of August 2026.


What time should we arrive at the venue?
Please arrive by 15:00, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 15:30.


Will there be parking at the venue?
Our venue has ample free parking onsite.


Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?
Both will take place at the same venue at Kalmoesfontein.


What is the dress code?
We request that guests wear Semi-Formal wedding attire.

We’d love for guests to wear soft colours. Small pops of brighter colour are absolutely welcome,  we’d just prefer avoiding neon or very bright outfits. Most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable and feel their best.

Please bring a warm jacket and comfortable shoes for the evening.


Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and canape’s will take place outdoors on grass. The reception and dancefloor are semi under a roof / outdoor. It is the start of Summer, so we are expecting the weather to have warmed up during the day. Evenings still tend to be a bit cooler.


Is there accommodation on-site?
Yes there is a on-site glamping option, please see Stay & Travel page for more information. 


Will transportation be provided?
No, but there are a lot of reliable shuttle services around. Please see our stay and travel page for more info.


What time does the wedding end?
The main venue closes at 1:30am, thereafter for those still around we will move to the after party!


Are there any other events?
Yes! Please join us on the Friday night before for a little pre-wedding event. This will take place at the wedding venue. Remember to indicate that you will attend on the RSVP form.


Can I bring my kids?
Although we find them adorable the wedding day is adult-only. You are welcome to bring your little one’s for the Friday, pre-wedding event!


What is there to do on the farm/venue?
Go for a walk/ run/ bike ride, relax by the pool, explore nearby towns Riebeek-Kasteel & Wellington.
