From friendship to commitment

Vischalin and Chernise met each other whilst studying towards their degree at the University of Kwa Zulu Natal. 

​

It wasn’t long before their friendly study sessions became weekly dates...as friends ofcourse. After many years of a blossoming friendship, Vischalin asked Chernise to be his girlfriend on the 19 July 2016. 

​

In 2017, Vischalin and Chernise moved to Johannesburg as graduates and began their career journey. Navigating the path of the concrete jungle was indeed challenging but taught the pair a lot about each other, independence and sacrifice. Their love and commitment to each other never wavered. 

​

After 5 years of dating, Vischalin decided to ask the woman of his dreams to be his wife. 
He set up the most magical proposal in the garden of their new home, much to the surprise of Chernise-and the rest as they say... is history....
