Getting to the area

To get to your hotel in the wine region, you can either rent a car for the duration of your time or get uber/pre-booked taxi. Cape Town airport has car rental which we recommend booking in advance. 

If you are planning on staying longer in the wine region before or after the wedding, getting around is a lot easier in your own car.

Note that the airport is halfway between Cape Town and Stellenbosch - quite convenient if you want to uber in Cape Town and then hire a car just for Stellenbosch/Franshoek.

Where should I park?

The venue has parking on-site.

Will there be shuttles to and from the venue?

Yes there will be shuttles on the day of the wedding from the nearby area. If you would like to make use of our shuttle service, please email me at kylaeichhorn@gmail.com with the Subject: Shuttle Request 2025 and include your pick up and drop off location in the body of the message. I’ll get back to you with the plan.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please let us know if you would like to use our nanny service that we will be providing on the day.
