Where are the events taking place?
All wedding activities will take place at the Quoin Rock Wine Estate. 7600 Knorhoek Rd, Stellenbosch.
When should I arrive?
The wedding kicks off with a welcome dinner on 23rd April 2025 at 6pm.
Guests should arrive at the Quoin Rock Wine Estate at 5:30pm sharp and will be shuttled to the venue.
When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP by 3rd March 2025 in order to provide our venue and vendors with accurate numbers in a timely manner. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, unfortunately, we will have to mark you as “not attending”.

What is the wedding day dress code?
Our wedding is a formal wedding.
We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us in Summer (Colorful) Black Tie attire.
What should I wear?
We have curated a Pinterest board to help you with the wedding day dress code inspiration here.
Ladies, we would love to see you in formal dresses. We will provide heel stoppers as there is grass present at the venue. Please avoid wearing colours reserved for the bride such as white, ivory or cream.
Gentleman, we would love to see you suit up! Please avoid wearing jeans, chinos, shorts and t-shirts.
Dress code for welcome dinner:
Semi-formal, this is a step up from casual but not as dressy as formal or black-tie attire.

Can I bring my children?
We love your little ones! However, our wedding is an adults only event.
We encourage you to take some time off and celebrate with us!
Can I bring a guest/ plus one?
Our wedding is an intimate occasion with close family and friends, we kindly request no additional guests or plus ones.
We can only accommodate guests formally included in your invitation.
How can I get around?
Stellenbosh offers a wide selection of car rental companies with good road systems.
An international driver’s license is required and driving is on the left side of the road.
Ubers are also easily accessible. We recommend prescheduling an Uber via the app. We have also included a number of transport options should you wish to hire a car service or shuttle during your Cape town experience.

Where should I stay?
We highly recommend staying within Stellenbosch during the 3 day celebration, for your own convenience, as Stellenbosch is about an hour away from the city center. We have provided accommodation options within close proximity to the venue.

Activities in Cape Town and Stellenbosch
Time is limited and we encourage everyone to explore the beautiful city of Cape Town in smaller groups.

Will the wedding events take place indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and our reception onwards will all be indoors.
