When Evan and Jess first met and starting spending time together, they instantly felt a connection. Not long afterwards, they were best friends. They became inseparable and did everything together.

 

Fast forward a few months and they had fallen in love. They spent almost everyday together. The first time they were apart was when Evan went on holiday to America, and let’s just say Evan didn’t see much of America as he was glued to his phone messaging and calling Jess who was glued to her phone back home.

 

In 2015 Ev and Jess made it official and although life is never smooth sailing, they have grown even more in love over time. After a magical engagement in 2019, when Evan blew Jess away with the perfect proposal, at a game reserve called Thanda (meaning love in Zulu), Jess moved to Cape Town where Evan joined her after a few months.

 

After a tumultuous two years of covid, their very long overdue wedding is about to happen! Evan and Jess are still each other's best friend and have grown in love, respect and gratitude for each other. They are their true selves when they are together and are looking forward to this next chapter in their lives.
