How do I RSVP?

What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 30 September 2024 latest.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code for our wedding is formal cocktail attire.
Are there any colours you’d prefer me to wear?
We would love it if our favourite people dressed in our colour palette for the day.We suggest earthy, neutral colours for the ladies and black/ dark suits with white shirts for the gentlemen. Please refrain from wearing colours typically reserved for the bride.
What is the weather like in the area?
During the month of January in Caledon, it is typically warm ranging from the high 20s into the mid 30 degree range. It gets cooler in the evening so bring something warm just in case!
How do I get to Die Woud?
Here are the directions from Cape Town:Take the N2 towards Caledon for 113km. Continue on the N2 past Caledon for 2.6km through the town of Myddleton. 1.6km passed Myddleton turn right off the N2 at the entrance of Die Woud. Follow signage towards parking area.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Plus ones are by invitation only. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
Am I allowed to bring my little one?
Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We’ll be serving canapes at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner and a selection of desserts.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Of course! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
Will there be an open bar?
We will have a selection of drinks available on us. Hard tack is at your own cost. There is a cash bar available onsite.
Where should we bring/ send our wedding gift?
Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be much appreciated. Banking information is provided. Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
